The business is managed and operated by the following:
Ronald
E. Arnold,
President, is responsible for all day to day operations. He has over 40
years of construction experience. He has held a Florida Certified General
Contractor’s license since 1965.
Jill Arnold, Secretary and Ronnie’s wife, is responsible for all aspects of the business accounting and bookkeeping. Jill also works part time as an Ultrasound Technician at Shands Hospital.
Gene Arnold, Vice President and Ronnie’s first son, is responsible for overseeing the company’s
estimating group. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He gained a great deal of experience working for several large construction firms as a Project Manager before joining the family business in 1999.
Jae Arnold, Ronnie’s second son, is responsible for supervision of clearing & grading crews. He is also a skilled equipment operator. His employee relation & customer service skills are an asset, attributing to repeat & referral business. He has been with the company since 1994.
Aaron Arnold, Ronnie’s third son, is an expert/artist with concrete work. His hands-on approach has allowed him to learn all aspects of the family business from operating various equipment, to working with and overseeing the asphalt & concrete crew as well as installing underground utilities. He has been with the company since 1995.
